Kimcox Plans provide you with 24/7 Team Access with advance notification and planning. Urgent matters that arise outside of business hours should be submitted to Kimcox via email or telephone voicemail and one of our team members will contact you as soon as possible. Bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, accounting, and other routine services performed by Kimcox that are included in your plan will be completed during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm ET, excluding observed holidays. Any routine work required to be completed by Kimcox outside of normal business hours will be billed at the hourly rate corresponding to the service type – any out-of-scope hours included in your plan will not be applied to these services. For urgent matters, additional charges may or may not apply and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
